How to  Remove Users (AD Disabled) from Team Calendar

Hello Team,

We are facing number of issues wherein the users who have left the organization (AD account disabled and Mailbox in disabled state) still show up in the Team Calendar View. The AD account still show their reporting manager but we cannot remove this data from the AD account of the user. Is this a known issue is there any fix to this?

The users having Disabled AD account should not be showing up in the Team Calendar view.

Hi,

I would like to post the steps to remove the Manager from AD account.

  1. Open Active Directory Users and Computers.
  2. Expand Domain.com > Users.
  3. Right-click on the disabled user, click Properties.
  4. In Organization tab, clear the Name field in Manager option.

Best Regards.

You can use AD powershell to get the list of Disabled accounts and run set-aduser to remove the manager attribute for all disabled accounts.

Thank you, Lynn and Vishwanath, but is there any other way to do this without Making changes on the Disable AD account of the user. Reason being, no changes can be made on the AD of disabled user (Company Policy).
